DYNAMIC FERROUS SEPARATOR - SRP MODEL

The SGM SRP separator is an ultra-high gradient head pulley permanent magnet head pulley mounted on its own frame consenting to dispose of supplied with its own belt typically much thinner than traditional conveyor belts (2,5 mm vs the typical 7 to 9 mm for traditional conveyor belts). The result is a reduced distance between the material being processed and the magnets.

The combination of a large diameter head pulley together with the use of the most performing generation of Neodymium magnet blocks as well as a thin belt and a special magnetic circuit design all add up to optimizing the gradient and ferrous attraction of the SRP separators.
